Terms of service

 

Purchases:

 

Purchases are typically dispatched within 1 – 3 weeks from the date the order was placed and money has cleared.   Your business is valued by us and we will contact you should there be a delay in the dispatch of your order.

 

Orders will be charged in Australian Dollars at the displayed amount (plus shipping for international orders).

 

Payment Methods

 

Accepted methods of payment:  PayPal.   For Australian customers only, a direct deposit facility is also available.

 

The order process on the Whatever Qld website is fully secure.

 

Packaging

 

Your order will be boxed in customised packaging and all care is taken to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition possible.

  

Shipping

 

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.  Orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier depending on your postcode.  

 

International orders sent via Standard Post are not traceable and would NOT be replaced if lost. Whatever Qld chooses to use a more secure method of postage such as Registered Post International (with delivery confirmation), or the trackable service of Pack and Track International.

Items will only be shipped after full payment has been received and cleared - no exceptions will be made.

Delivery times vary.  Australia Post Express within Australia can be 1 to 7 business days depending on your location (metropolitan or rural).  International orders please allow 6 -12 business days. 
If you need your items by a certain date, please contact me to upgrade your shipping to Express Post International (which includes tracking).  Express Post International will incur an additional charge


Please note that Customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.


Orders will ship to the address listed on your account.  It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it sent out again to the correct address.

 

Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy

 

Whatever Qld guarantees satisfaction - we want you to love your pieces.  If your order does not meet your expectations, a return or exchange may be done.  Returns will not be accepted after 7 business days from receipt.

 

We are happy to exchange goods if they are returned in their original packaging within 7 business days of receipt.  Whatever Qld will not cover the shipping charges incurred by your return. All exchanges will be subject to additional postage costs, unless the pieces are found to be damaged or faulty.  If pieces are found to be damaged or faulty, we will send you a postage box and wrapping to return the damaged or faulty piece at no cost to you.  If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, please contact Whatever Qld immediately upon receipt.

 

*Custom made pieces are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

 

Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition.  Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.


**If you are returning an item from outside of Australia, please note that Whatever Qld will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred, they will be subtracted from your refund amount.

It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance and tracking.  Whatever Qld will not refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail with no tracking facility.

 

For exchange items, please include your name, business name (if applicable), telephone number, delivery address and reason for return.

 

 Lost items will be replaced only when Australia Post has finalised their search of your item.  Please quote your order and tracking number.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

All customer information stored by Whatever Qld is used for our internal purposes only.  We do not distribute or sell customer personal details to any third party.

 

All customer financial details are deleted once the transfer of funds is complete.
